Threadjacking? If it's a public network post, feel free! If it's a locked network post/thread or a log, I'd prefer it if you ask first.
Backtagging? I thrive off backtags. Yes, always, and as old as you want.
Fourthwalling? Preferably not, but it depends on the context. Ask if you're really set on the idea.
Offensive subjects? If I don't wanna write something I'll just say so
aka I'll let you know if I'm uncomfortable with something in a thread if it occurs, but overall I'm pretty difficult to offend.
IC PERMISSIONS
Hugging/kissing/flirting? Hugging and other platonic gestures of affection are A-OK (even if Caim might not be too pleased about it). As for kissing and flirting, he is 10, so like... no. Unless your character is also a small child and they're not trying to get some underage D, none of that for me tyvm.
The Hanged Man is free game, though. Flirt away!
Attacking this character? Give me a heads up first, but generally I'm fine with it! Caim isn't a particularly fighty type of person, but the Hanged Man may or may not step in to assist him if he's in trouble. That's only if he is in trouble, though, so that only really applies to...
Injuring this character? Ask me first! The Hanged Man is more likely to intervene if his partner is in physical danger, but like, even then it's questionable. He's kind of an asshole like that.
Torture (physical/mental)? Ask me first, see the above point, etc. You'd think Hanged Man would be super against people torturing his partner at the very least but no, it's about the same. Torture is just character development! This is totally fine with him, unless it starts to get boring, then he may decide to step in and help his partner out. What a pal.
Offensive subjects? Caim is extremely sensitive to the concept of shitty parents and abandonment, especially if it's towards someone he doesn't inherently dislike. Being rejected or shunned by others is something else he's had to deal with a lot, but it won't bother him much unless it's from someone he's opened himself up to (which really doesn't happen easily). Other than that, nothing specifically gets under his skin.
Death? Depends on the setting, if there's permadeath or not, etc. If it's a game with revival mechanics, ask first! If it's a permadeath setting, probably not. However, it is implied that the evokers may be able to cheat death or might not be outright killable at all, so I'm open to possible plots that involve a "death" that Caim is able to miraculously come back from.

daybreakacademy specifically, Caim has protection against most forms of mindreading through his pact with the Hanged Man. He's not completely unreadable, but it's noticeably difficult to read his thoughts or memories. Emotions are a little less protected, but still muddled. If one were to try to push harder to read his mind, the Hanged Man would push back.
Mind control? Ask first! The Hanged Man likely has the power to prevent such a thing from happening to his partner, but also, it'd be interesting if that happened, so, yeah. Caim has no protection against this, though if the situation becomes dire Hanged Man might intervene.
Warnings? There is child abuse and murder in his background, and his desire to end the world can be interpreted as suicidal ideation, so yeah. These sorts of things may come up with him.
